The First Annual Egbe Festival to Take Place February 10th, 2018 in Miami, Florida.On February 10th, 2018, Spiritual Essences invites you to explore the richness of Mother Africa. The first Annual Egbe Festival will take place at the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. The sounds of the Djembe (Drum!!) will resonate throughout South Florida as it is home to one of the largest Caribbean diaspora populations in North America and boasting of deep seeded roots in African Heritage Generation to Generation, “A people without the knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots.”- Marcus Garvey. 

The Egbe Orisa Traditional Arts’N Cultural Festival aims to heighten, enrich, cultivate the African culture to the community via Live Entertainment, Delightful Cuisine, Designer Fashion(s). Come and interact with royal and distinguished leaders from all over Africa. “It is through knowledge of culture and tradition we can stand as one people, thus the reason for the Egbe Festival.” – Ifawuyi Esuloju Eyioriwaase, Event Organizer

As civilization started in Africa, this Celebration of African Culture and Heritage welcomes friends and families from all parts of the world, come experience live drumming sessions, join in afro-dancing, find special treasures with arts and crafts while experiencing culinary delight from food vendors. “Unity is strength, division is weakness.” ~ Swahili proverb.
